Mike has 25 years of extensive domestic and foreign accounting and tax experience in both the public and corporate arenas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation and holds a Master of Accountancy degree with an emphasis in taxation. Mike provides a full range of services to individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations to help clients achieve their business, tax and financial goals.

Before forming this Firm, Mike was based in Shanghai, China as the Asian Corporate Controller for Springs Global US, Inc. where he directed the financial operations for a multi-million-dollar textile sourcing entity. Prior to his Asian assignment, he was a senior tax manager with Springs Industries, Inc., responsible for federal and state tax planning and compliance and SEC tax reporting. Earlier in his career, Mike was a senior tax consultant with the national accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he assisted clients on various complex accounting and tax issues.
